The BoNenKai =Year-End Party will be held
On Sunday, December 8th, at 12 pm.
The word of BōNenKai is a Year-End Party to leave behind the struggle of the past. At the Bō-Nen-Kai, according to custom, anyone can perform their own special number, and perform anything you would like to entertain the audience.
If your performance is a surprise until the event day, just notify us of the time length of your performance. This is called a "Tobi-Ili" (飛び入り), unexpected performance, a "Surprise !"

The OAANY Newsletter (NL) Dept. is accepting for the following articles. You can submit them regardless of your age. Newsletter (NL) Dept. needs a photo of your face to insert within your article with your Telephone number and Email address.
The Deadline is Oct. 31 (Thursday).

Hi Everyone!
We wanted to thank everyone who managed to attend the picnic this year.
The weather was not that cooperative and at times we thought it was going to start raining, but thankfully, it all
worked out in the end.
(The rest of the story will be published in the Fall Newsletter which will be sent out in November)
Please send photos from the picnic to add to the newsletter.
Mark your calendars for our BōnenKai-Party (The Year Ending Party).
It will be held on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018.
At the American Legion at 1165 River Road, Edgewater, N.J. 07020
As you all know, this is a get-together party for celebrating the end of 2018. Please bring your favorite potluck dish. We can always cook some simple food at the party, too, like we did at the
last picnic.
You can bring marinated meat, washed and ready to cook vegetables, etc.
New ideas for fun games / other fun ideas for the party are welcomed.
